1. Non-Destructive Testing: Uncovering Hidden Defects to Safeguard Core Reliability 
Non-destructive testing (NDT) is the first and most critical line of defense in ensuring bearing quality. UWE has deployed industry-leading UT (Ultrasonic Testing) Equipment and Automated MT (Magnetic Particle Testing) Equipment to achieve 100% full-coverage inspection of internal and surface defects, eliminating potential risks at the source.

UT Testing Equipment: This advanced system conducts comprehensive internal defect inspections on raw materials, forgings, and finished bearings. It accurately identifies internal flaws such as cracks, inclusions, and porosity—defects that could compromise structural integrity and service life. Adhering to UWE’s strict technical standards and customer requirements, the high-sensitivity, high-stability testing results guarantee that no internal defects affect performance. Automated MT Testing Equipment: This solution delivers full-automatic inspection of surface and near-surface defects on bearings. It precisely detects tiny cracks, folds, and other surface flaws, with real-time visualization of defect location, size, shape, and severity. Kobelco Hardening Layer Depth Tester (Japan): This precision instrument enables 0.01mm-level detection of hardening layer depth after heat treatment. It can reliably measure induction hardening layers as thin as 0.7mm, verifying the quality of the hardened layer with exceptional sensitivity. This ensures a perfect balance between surface hardness, wear resistance, and core toughness—allowing the bearings to withstand extreme wind loads and maintain stable performance over their lifespan.

Carbon Fiber Measuring Gauge: Crafted from lightweight, high-rigidity carbon fiber, this measuring tool features low friction resistance, minimal deformation, and wear-proof durability. It is used for daily inspection of critical bearing dimensions, delivering stable and accurate measurement data to ensure strict dimensional control during production.














FARO Coordinate Measuring Arm: As a high-precision portable measurement solution, this device conducts 100% full inspection of key bearing characteristics—including bore diameter, tooth profile, roundness, and mounting hole position. It accurately verifies geometric dimensioning and tolerances (GD&T) on-site, ensuring every bearing meets design specifications. This precision is critical for seamless assembly and stable operation in wind turbines, providing a core guarantee for product reliability.

Automated Bearing Assembly Machine: This intelligent system enables real-time monitoring and measurement of critical parameters such as assembly torque during bearing assembly. It controls assembly precision at the micron level, eliminating human error and ensuring optimal bearing clearance and preload.
