Military Industry Application
Wire raceway bearings, also known as wire track bearings or wire bearings, originated in Germany in terms of technology. In China, it is a relatively new field of research and production. Currently, this type of bearing is mainly used in specific equipment in the military field. In recent years, it has gradually expanded to be a key component in cable manufacturing, chemical processing, and food processing equipment.

The most typical structure of wire raceway bearings is a three-piece solid-enclosed type. It is generally composed of a fixed large platform main body, an active needle cylinder seat gear and a compression ring. These three solid components enclose the square-section steel wire raceway shaft in the middle. If the steel ball in the square section is regarded as the center of this structure, then according to the different placement positions of the compression ring relative to the steel ball and the center of the needle cylinder, this supporting structure can be divided into four forms: upper inner side compression ring type; upper outer side compression ring type; lower inner side compression ring type; and lower outer side compression ring type.
