In recent years, in order to adapt to the rapid development of wind power and new energy, our factory has been carrying out reforms. From the initial product structure to the current system, the final signal is undoubtedly that quality can be guaranteed to win more and better customers' approval. More complete quality personnel and equipment configuration can better meet the needs of customers. Forgings enter the site for preliminary inspection, whether the allowance meets the requirements of the specification, go through rough turning, tooth milling, heat treatment, fine turning, and painting, and each step has corresponding quality monitoring personnel to check the workpiece. In addition to conventional testing equipment, at the end of 2017, a magnetic particle flaw detector was introduced, which further improved the overall control of product quality. The first-piece cutting experiment can better ensure the accuracy of the heat treatment process. The policy of quality first has always led us to move forward steadily in the increasingly complex market environment, standing in the rapidly developing new energy field, and sticking to the quality control is our first priority as a supplier.
