Series 01 Slewing Bearings--Single Row Four Point Contact Ball Type

Single row four point contact ball slewing bearings are composed of four parts: inner ring, outer ring, steel ball and spacer, with compact structure, light weight and four-point contact between steel ball and arc raceway, which can withstand axial force and radial force at the same time. Slewing conveyor, welding operation machine, small and medium-sized cranes and excavators and other engineering machinery can select this bearing. This type of bearing has the ability to withstand high dynamic load.

Through high-precision processing and assembly, they are commonly used in wind turbine yawing system.

Series 02 Slewing Bearings--Double Row Different Ball Diameter Slewing Bearing

Double row different ball slewing bearings have three races, steel balls and spacers can be directly discharged into the upper and lower raceways, according to the force condition, the upper and lower rows of steel balls with different diameters are arranged. This kind of open type assembly is very convenient, the bearing angle of both upper and lower circular raceways are 90°, which can withstand great axial force and tilting moment. When the radial force is greater than 0.1 times the axial force, the raceway must be specially designed. The axial and radial dimensions of double row different ball diameter slewing bearings are relatively large, and the structure is tight. It is especially suitable for tower cranes, truck cranes and other loading and unloading machines which require more than medium diameter.
